Southwest Key Programs Inc. employees, including supervisors, raped, touched or solicited sex and nude images of children beginning in 2015 and possibly earlier, the Justice Department said in a lawsuit filed this week. At least two employees have been indicted on criminal charges related to the allegations since 2020.

Raw Milk At The Crossroads… Again

Few of us were born when the forces for milk pasteurization launched the first major attack on Nature’s perfect food. In 1945, a magazine called Coronet published an article, “Raw Milk Can Kill You,” blaming raw milk for an outbreak of brucellosis in a town called Crossroads, U.S.A., killing one-third of the inhabitants. The Reader’s Digest picked up the story and ran it a year later.

Just one problem with this piece of “reporting.” There was no town called Crossroads and no outbreak of brucellosis. The whole story was a fabrication—otherwise known as a lie. And lies about raw milk have continued ever since.

Unfortunately, the fictitious Crossroads story paved the way for laws against selling raw milk, starting with Michigan in 1948.

Here’s another example of lies against raw milk (which I referenced in an earlier post, but it is worth repeating). In 2007, John F. Sheehan, BSc (Dy), JD, US Food & Drug Administration, Center for Food Safety & Applied Nutrition (USFDA/CFSAN), Division of Dairy and Egg Safety, prepared a Powerpoint maligning raw milk; it was presented to the 2005 National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments (NCIMS) by Cindy Leonard, MS.

This nifty little quadruped robot has been trained to seek and eliminate litter by researchers at the Italian Institute of Technology, using a vacuum cleaner backpack with nozzles strapped to its ankles.

It’s built on the AlienGo robo-dog from Chinese company Unitree – a relatively expensive and athletic research-grade robot, which we last encountered learning to open doors with the aid of a top-mounted manipulator arm. When we say expensive, we’re talking around US$50,000 – but you may well be able to replicate this using a specced-up version of the highly impressive (and also surprisingly athletic) US$1,600 Unitree Go 2.

The VERO (Vacuum-cleaner Equipped RObot), is targeted at cigarette butts, one of the most common forms of litter. Using a pair of depth cameras and a convolutional neural network, it’s able to spot butts on the ground, and plan its path such that it walks over them, switches the vacuum on, sucks them up and continues without stopping. In 1932, a year after Dr. Weston Price began his studies on healthy, non-industrialized peoples, New York City hosted the Third Eugenics Conference. Eugenics promoted the “directed evolution of man” made possible by a global scientific and medical dictatorship, which proposed to improve the lot of mankind by making “better” people, rather than resolving the conditions that led to poverty and ill health.

In the U.S., the practice of eugenics took the form of marriage prohibitions and forced sterilization. Starting in 1907, thirty states passed laws promoting the sterilization of the ”unfit.”

Huge Microsoft Outage Caused by CrowdStrike Takes Down Computers Around the World

BANKS, AIRPORTS, TV stations, health care organizations, hotels, and countless other businesses are all facing widespread IT outages, leaving flights grounded and causing widespread disruption, after Windows machines have displayed errors worldwide.

In the early hours of Friday, companies in Australia running Microsoft’s Windows operating system started reporting devices showing Blue Screens of Death (BSODs). Shortly after, reports of disruptions started flooding in from around the world, including from the UK, India, Germany, the Netherlands, and the US: TV station Sky News went offline, and US airlines United, Delta, and American Airlines issued a “global ground stop” on all flights.

The widespread Windows outages have been linked to a software update from cybersecurity giant CrowdStrike. It is believed the issues are not linked to a malicious cyberattack, cybersecurity officials say, but rather stem from a misconfigured/corrupted update that CrowdStrike pushed out to its customers.

On July 2, 2024, the U.S. government awarded a $176 million contract to Moderna, Inc. for the development of an mRNA H5N1 avian influenza biologic labeled a “vaccine,” as the media reports concerns about bird flu in dairy cows and farm workers in multiple states. The funds from the U.S. Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) will be used to finish developing and testing a pre-pandemic mRNA (messenger ribonucleic acid) biologic for H5N1 bird flu, pending the results of Phase 1 clinical trials, which are expected to be completed this month. Late-stage testing of the vaccine is set to begin in 2025.¹

On July 10th, it was announced social media giant Meta would broaden the scope of its censorship and suppression of content related to the Gaza genocide. Under the new policy, Facebook and Instagram posts containing “derogatory or threatening references to ‘Zionists’ in cases where the term is used to refer to Jews or Israelis” will be proscribed. World’s best-selling air taxi: Florida company unveils new prototype

Eve has unveiled its first full-sized prototype eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-off and Landing) air taxi today during the UK’s 45th Farnborough Airshow. It’s called the Eve Air Mobility.

Eve, a company in Melbourne, Florida and a subsidiary of Embraer, has also just announced an additional US $94 million in funding from multiple investors on top of the $492 million it’s already raised, putting Eve in a strong financial position for the successful development and manufacturing of the Air Mobility through at least 2027.

It’s looking as though Eve has the most pre-orders of any eVTOL company so far, with 2,900 letters of intent from 30 customers in 13 countries to date.

The Eve Air Mobility eVTOL is a ‘lift & cruise’ design similar to the Autoflight Prosperity, using 8 dedicated propellers for vertical flight and an additional prop at the rear to push the eVTOL forward for fixed-wing cruise flight. Where the Autoflight aircraft uses three pusher props, Eve’s rear prop uses two electric motors for redundancy and performance.

We must begin by clarifying the question. It is true that inflation is slowly decreasing, but we cannot say that it is under control. Let us remember that the latest CPI data in the United States was 3% annualised and that in the Eurozone it is 2.6%, with eight countries publishing data above 3%, including Spain.

This is why central banks need to give the impression of hawkishness and maintain rates or lower them very cautiously. However, monetary policy is far from being restrictive. Money supply growth is picking up, the ECB maintains its “anti-fragmentation mechanism,” and the Federal Reserve continues to inject money through the liquidity window. We can say, without a doubt, that monetary policy is beyond accommodative.

At the end of this article, the price of gold is above $2,400 an ounce, up 16.5% between January and July 19, 2024. In the same period, gold has performed better than the S&P 500, the Stoxx 600 in Europe, and the MSCI Global. In fact, over the past five years, gold has outperformed not only the European and global stock markets, but also the S&P 500, with only the Nasdaq surpassing the precious metal. This is a period of alleged recovery and strong expansion of the stock markets. On the one hand, the market is discounting the central banks’ continued accommodative and expansionary policies, even possible high debt monetization, given the unsustainable deficits in the United States and developed countries. That is, the market assumes that the Federal Reserve and the ECB will not be able to maintain the reduction of their balance sheets in the face of rising debt and public spending in many economies. As a result, gold protects many investors against the erosion of the currency’s purchasing power, i.e., inflation, without the extreme volatility of Bitcoin. If the market discounts further monetary expansion to cover the accumulated deficits, it is normal for the investor to seek protection with gold, which has centuries of history as an alternative to fiduciary money and offers a low-volatility hedge against currency debasement.

Newsom Continues Dreadful COVID-19 Crackdown

Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency, “deploying every level of government to help identify cases and slow the spread of this coronavirus.” In April, the governor announced spending of $1 billion on masks from a Chinese company, but the state of emergency was more far reaching.

Newsom backed a ban on sport fishing and police arrested solitary paddle boarders. The governor shut down schools and his rules for private gatherings banned singing and the playing of musical instruments. And so on, by some accounts, the most rigid regime of any state.

Newsom officially ended the state of emergency on Feb. 23, 2023, but the people have grounds to wonder. Newsom now deploys a SMARTER Plan not just for COVID-19 but “strategies and systems for future emergencies.” SMARTER stands for Shots, Masks, Awareness, Readiness, Testing, Education and Rx. A Brazilian Startup Just Unveiled a New 4-Person eVTOL With a 60-Mile Range

Eve Air Mobility has officially entered the air taxi race.

The Brazilian startup, which is a subsidiary of aerospace giant Embraer, unveiled the full-scale prototype of its new electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft at the 45th Farnborough Airshow in the U.K. on Sunday.

The battery-powered vessel is equipped with two electric motors, eight dedicated propellers for vertical flight, and fixed wings to cruise the skies. The prototype won’t carry passengers or a pilot and will be flown remotely during the upcoming tests. The final aircraft will carry four passengers and a pilot, with an estimated range of 60 miles (100 km) making it especially suited to inner city commuting. Eve has not yet shared details regarding expected speeds or flight times.

“Our global team of engineers has shown exceptional dedication and expertise to successfully assemble our first full-scale eVTOL prototype,” CEO of Eve Air Mobility Johann Bordais said in a statement. “This is a significant milestone that underscores our commitment to safety, accessibility, and innovation.”

Despite the public backlash, Adobe doubled down by clarifying the terms on a June 10th blog post. The post emphasized that ‘You own your content’, even though Adobe had a extremely permissible license to the content. They also promised not to train ‘Generative AI’ on customer content, and that the licenses would be ‘narrowly tailored to the activities needed’.

A new worldwide study finds there were no excess deaths due to covid and there were 16.9 million vaccine-associated deaths up to the end of 2022

A new study published on Friday found that the excess all-cause mortality for the years 2020 to 2023 in 125 countries is incompatible with a pandemic viral respiratory disease.

The authors argue that the three primary causes of death associated with the excess all-cause mortality over this period are due to mandated measures such as lockdowns; harmful medical interventions such as the use of ventilators and the denial of use of antibiotics; and, covid injections.

A study published on Thursday analysed excess mortality across the world during the covid years of 2020 to 2023. It was conducted by researchers from the Canadian non-profit Correlation Research in the Public Interest and the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières.

The paper, titled ‘Spatiotemporal variation of excess all-cause mortality in the world (125 countries) during the Covid period 2020-2023 regarding socio economic factors and public-health and medical interventions’, was authored by Denis Rancourt, Joseph Hickey and Christian Linard.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s plan to pull off a public relations coup to build support for his war in Gaza has backfired badly. On the evening before Netanyahu was set to address a joint session of Congress yesterday afternoon, one of the most respected members of the U.S. Senate, independent Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont, took to the Senate floor to deliver a scathing breakdown of Netanyahu’s war crimes against the people of Gaza.

Senator Sanders is Jewish, making his assessment of Netanyahu’s atrocities all the more poignant. A transcript, verified by us, of Senator Sanders’ full remarks is provided below as well as a video of his full remarks.

Sanders also broke some major news in his remarks on Tuesday, stating this: “Just today, Madam President, I’m happy to say that seven major trade unions here in the United States, including the Association of Flight Attendants, the American Postal Workers Union, the International Union of Painters, the National Education Association, the Service Employees International Union, United Auto Workers and the United Electrical Workers, some of the largest unions in America representing some 6 million workers, sent a letter to President Biden calling on him to immediately halt all military aid to Israel.”

“Coordinated Sabotage” Paralyzes France’s Rail Network As Olympics Begin

A “coordinated sabotage” has paralyzed France’s high-speed train network, impacting a quarter million travelers. The number is set to rise to 800k by the end of the weekend, ahead of the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics.

In a post on X, French state railway company SNCF described the overnight fire and cutting of critical signal cables near the tracks in Courtalain, northern France, impacting services to Paris, as a “massive attack aimed at paralyzing the high-speed line network.”

SNCF said a “large number of trains were diverted or canceled” and requested that “all travelers who can postpone their trip and not go to the station.”

The French prime minister has pledged to “find and punish” those responsible for the attack on critical infrastructure.

“Our intelligence services and law enforcement agencies are mobilized to find and punish the perpetrators of these criminal acts,” acting prime minister Gabriel Attal said.

Bird flu vaccines are fast approaching

This is what happened yesterday. A PREP Act declaration, which allows the FDA Commissioner to simply decide (with or without data) that the benefit of a bird flu vaccine, drug, test or medical device is likely greater than the risk, and thereby issue an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for the product. Without a license, without standard testing (and possibly with no human testing) an EUA can be issued. It gives the manufacturer, the government, the doctor, the clinic, the shipper—everyone—a waiver of liability for the product.

And the American Medical Association issued a set of CPT codes for doctors to use when administering a CSL Sequirus bird flu shot, last Friday.

CSL Sequirus made the H5N8 bird flu vaccine being used in Finland right now, where the first humans are receiving an MF59-containing bird flu vaccine grown in chicken eggs (and not made in the US). Fifteen EU countries have together ordered 665,000 doses with an option for 40 million total. There is no bird flu in chickens, cows or humans in Finland now. In fact, Finland has only identified one wild bird all this year that tested positive for bird flu.
