Europe Is Silencing Its Citizens—One Jail Sentence at a Time

On Tuesday, May 27th, a 73-year-old Bavarian pensioner was notified that he was to start his 75-day prison sentence by June 5th. His crime? Two posts on X in which he used the phrase “Alles für Deutschland” (“Everything for Germany”), a slogan often associated with the SA, a paramilitary organisation of the Nazi party some 90 years ago. The elderly man was first sentenced to a fine, which he did not pay, claiming he did not have the financial means to do so.

Germany’s speech police is now cracking down on ordinary citizens, after primarily targeting the politicians of Alternative für Deutschland (AfD), currently the most popular party in the country. One of the most recent cases was that of David Bendels, editor-in-chief for the AfD-affiliated Deutschland Kurier, who received a seven-month suspended sentence for “abuse, slander or defamation against persons in political life.” The offence? Bendels had edited and posted a meme of then interior minister Nancy Faeser, which pictured her holding a sign saying “I hate freedom of opinion.”

“The SBU first transported FPV drones to Russia, and later, on the territory of the Russian Federation, the drones were hidden under the roofs of mobile wooden cabins, already placed on trucks,” the source said.

Clarification (June 1): There is some confusion as to whether this version of Moderna shot is “self-amplifying”. We are going to FOIA the FDA to get the exact information. At this time, the vax is described as:

Moderna’s candidate, mRNA-1283, is one-fifth the dose of the first-generation Spikevax, accomplished by replicating specific regions of the virus’ protein as opposed to the entire thing. The company has said that the specific regions, the receptor-binding domain and the N-terminal domain, have shown to be critical to eliciting neutralizing antibodies.

Given the statement about 1/5 of the dose and replication of specific regions, I am inclined to think it is self-replicating, but will confirm once we get better information.

May 31, 2025: The FDA has approved Moderna’s next-generation self-amplifying Covid-19 vaccine. The labeling indication is consistent with the new #MAHA [zero]-evidence-based policy by Makary and Prasad, which I previously discussed here.

U.S. Home Sellers Are Sitting on Nearly $700 Billion Worth of Listings, an All-Time High

I’m no structural engineer, but Ukraine claimed to have ‘damaged’ an underwater piling that’s critical to one of the Kerch’s main spans:

The attack featured several waves of drones, the first of which tried to bypass Russian perimeter defenses in the form of water barriers by blowing them up. There is some dispute over what ‘object’ Ukraine actually hit the bridge with: Ukraine claims they spent months secretly delivering 1,000kg+ of explosives to the bottom of the piling, while some Russian sources claim this is a lie and that the bridge was hit with another garden variety sea drone, though it is not visible in the footage above. Number Of Zombie Properties Increase In 30 US States

The number of zombie homes – vacant properties abandoned by owners during the foreclosure process – rose in 30 U.S. states and the District of Columbia in the second quarter of this year from the previous quarter, real estate data analytics company ATTOM said in a May 29 statement.

Zombie homes, which can fall into disrepair and negatively impact the value of other properties in the neighborhood, are a sign of distress in the housing market and the broader economy.

As Naveen Athrappully reports for The Epoch Times, among states with at least 50 zombie homes, North Carolina saw the largest percentage increase in these properties year-over-year, with their numbers rising by 52.5 percent during this period.

This was followed by Iowa and Texas, both seeing an over 50 percent jump in zombie properties. South Carolina and Kansas were the next on the list.

FDA Approved Hundreds of Drugs With No Evidence They Work

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved hundreds of drugs over the last several decades with little to no evidence that they work, according to a new investigation by The Lever.

Many of the drugs are permitted to stay on the market, despite ample evidence that they don’t work and that they cause serious and irreparable harm.

The Lever’s two-year investigation into the FDA-approved drugs analyzed government reports, internal FDA documents, investigators’ notes, congressional testimony, court records and more than 100 interviews with researchers, federal officials and patients.

The investigation found that from 2013 through 2022, 73% of drugs approved by the FDA didn’t meet the agency’s four foundational standards required to show the drugs work as expected. Fifty-five of the approved drugs met only one of those four standards, and 39 met none of them.

As seen in the video above, natural gas has experienced the most significant growth—rising from just 6.2 quadrillion BTUs in 1950 to 39.2 in 2024—making it the leading energy source in recent years, surpassing both coal and oil.

Coal use peaked between 2000 and 2005 but has since declined sharply, falling from 23.2 quadrillion BTUs in 2005 to just 10.6 in 2024. Meanwhile, crude oil usage resurged in the early 2010s after years of contraction, peaking in 2024 at 27.5 quadrillion BTUs.

Renewables such as wind and solar, though still relatively small in absolute terms, have shown consistent growth since 2005. Wind reached 1.5 quadrillion BTUs by 2024, while solar grew from virtually zero to 1.1 quadrillion BTU.

99% of beef is processed in USDA-inspected slaughterhouses, in order to qualify for interstate sales — and 85% of this meat is purchased from ranchers and processed by only 4 companies, including JBS. The ranchers don’t have a chance against this cartel. They are paid low prices, while the margins for the processors get bigger. That is the main reason why median incomes of all US ranchers from farming were negative last year.

And USDA estimated that the US imported 12.4 lbs of beef per person last year! We exported 7.4 lbs pp.

Farmers have to support their farming “hobby” with outside income. How crazy is that?

Meantime, JBS wants US investment funds to take over the rest of the US meat industry and go from cartel to monopoly. Will it happen? Consider complaining. Consider whether you can assist in any of the following strategies:
